As we expand our digital product portfolio and international presence, we are seeking a capable and experienced Retail Manager to lead day-to-day product operations, manage supplier relationships, and support the growth of our online retail platform.
Role Overview
The Retail Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the sourcing, setup, and operations of product categories across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience managing product listings, handling supplier communication, and understanding B2B sales and wholesale channels — especially in the lifestyle, home goods, or food & beverage sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the selection, onboarding, and performance of retail product lines across online platforms (e.g., home goods, lifestyle items, specialty food/beverages).
• Maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers (especially from Europe or Asia) and negotiate pricing, packaging, and delivery terms.
• Manage inventory forecasts, product performance analysis, and order schedules to optimize online availability.
• Coordinate content and listing materials with digital marketing staff to ensure accuracy and sales impact.
• Research product trends and identify new sourcing opportunities aligned with brand positioning.
• Monitor competitor activity and propose strategies to improve product visibility and pricing competitiveness.
• Support retail planning reports, pricing audits, and sales projections.
• Liaise with logistics or third-party fulfilment providers to ensure smooth product movement and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise product-related customer service issues, returns, or quality claims.
Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience in product sales, retail operations, or wholesale distribution — ideally involving home goods, consumer products, or beverages.
• Strong understanding of B2B or online retail channels.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle: sourcing, listing, fulfilment, and customer service.
• Excellent organizational and commercial negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer support).
• Fluency in English required; Mandarin preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on attitude preferred — especially if you’ve previously run or managed product-based businesses.
