Job Summary:

The Senior Business Strategy & Investment Consultant will be responsible for providing high-level strategic advisory and operational optimisation support across Golden Antelope Limited’s business activities, including e-commerce, international trade, and business consultancy services. The role focuses on business transformation, investment evaluation, and cross-border operational strategy, particularly supporting the company’s expansion and diversification initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and commercial analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for expansion across the UK and international markets.
  • Develop and implement business transformation strategies, improving operational efficiency, cost structures, and organisational performance.
  • Provide strategic advisory on investment projects, including feasibility studies, risk assessment, and return analysis for new ventures and partnerships.
  • Analyse and optimise internal processes, including supply chain coordination, service delivery models, and cross-border operations, to enhance overall business performance.
  • Lead business planning and restructuring initiatives, supporting the company in scaling its consultancy and support service functions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement long-term growth strategies, including diversification into new sectors such as property-related services, asset management, and international business solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial and operational performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and sustainability.
  • Support the development of risk management frameworks, identifying operational and commercial risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international partners, investors, and stakeholders, particularly in relation to cross-border business development.

 

Person Specification:

  • Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in business development, strategic management, or investment-related roles
  • Proven track record in company formation, business expansion, or operational scaling
  • Strong background in branding, market positioning, and commercial strategy
  • Experience in property management, investment projects, or multi-sector business operations is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Second language is a plus

Salary:From 45,000 GBP
