The Senior Business Strategy & Investment Consultant will be responsible for providing high-level strategic advisory and operational optimisation support across Golden Antelope Limited\u2019s business activities, including e-commerce, international trade, and business consultancy services. The role focuses on business transformation, investment evaluation, and cross-border operational strategy, particularly supporting the company\u2019s expansion and diversification initiatives.<\/p>

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Conduct in-depth market research and commercial analysis<\/strong> to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for expansion across the UK and international markets.<\/li>
  • Develop and implement business transformation strategies<\/strong>, improving operational efficiency, cost structures, and organisational performance.<\/li>
  • Provide strategic advisory<\/strong> on investment projects, including feasibility studies, risk assessment, and return analysis for new ventures and partnerships.<\/li>
  • Analyse and optimise internal processes, including supply chain coordination, service delivery models, and cross-border operations<\/strong>, to enhance overall business performance.<\/li>
  • Lead business planning and restructuring initiatives<\/strong>, supporting the company in scaling its consultancy and support service functions.<\/li>
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement long-term growth strategies<\/strong>, including diversification into new sectors such as property-related services, asset management, and international business solutions.<\/li>
  • Monitor and evaluate financial and operational performance metrics<\/strong>, providing data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and sustainability.<\/li>
  • Support the development of risk management frameworks<\/strong>, identifying operational and commercial risks and proposing mitigation strategies.<\/li>
  • Build and maintain relationships with international partners, investors, and stakeholders<\/strong>, particularly in relation to cross-border business development.<\/li><\/ul>

    Person Specification:<\/strong><\/p>

    • Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in business development, strategic management, or investment-related roles<\/strong><\/li>
    • Proven track record in company formation, business expansion, or operational scaling<\/strong><\/li>
    • Strong background in branding, market positioning, and commercial strategy<\/strong><\/li>
    • Experience in property management, investment projects, or multi-sector business operations<\/strong> is highly desirable<\/li>
    • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and cross-functional teams<\/strong><\/li>
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions<\/li>
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<\/li>
